"Breakfast for Champion" is a lovely rendering of a stableboy coming with breakfast for the farm's champion draftcentaur stallion. And who can resist a juicy carrot for breakfast?
Another look into the everyday life of the centaur driven world of Cordonia - horses don't exists there, the centaur trots int heir place. Altho there are old records of another world where there were creatures called "horses" and that they were the ancestors of the centaur. But for such a long time the planet of Cordonia has been cut off form that and now it is all lost in the distant histories and most fo it waved off as a myth.
The original is A3 size, watercolours. A4 prints available, 10 US dollar PPD airmail worldwide. paypal welcomed.
Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The expression of the centaur is wonderfully rendered - you can really see the respect between stableboy and centaur. Lovely job on the background too. Very detailed. I especially love how the window looks almost like a mirror frame. Don't know if that was your intention, but I like it anyway lol!
A lovely picture - I especially like the stallion's expression - and what an interesting story! In the world you describe, do centaurs have the minds of humans? I mean, do they object to living in stables while their two-legged companions - masters? - live in houses?

well, they're housed like horses mainly due totheir size and "nature". Things start to become a lot easier for them towards the braking point I have come to call "the emancipation" event - when a majority of allies on Cordonia finally puts down their hooves/feet and plain REFUSE the separation treatment - think what a horse do and put a centaur there. You get the picture....
I am not going to hide the fact that a lot of it comes from TV series such as "Roots" and "Rome" - an upper class that knows all to well the slaves are humans too but ignore it...

There is a long and complicated story behind it, I just wish i had the time and skills to write it down properly. Luckily I have some skilled editors at emails distance that are both good at plots and language/Editing so that might help1
