I took a step backwards to a simulated version of my old time black/white only. Sometimes it is fun to visit the past - at least parts of it.

White specks surrounded by darker areas. Those are called Dappled markings.

It is as if someone would write a scene in a story, saying the sun sent little rays of light through the branches of a tree, creating a dappled pattern on the ground. Similar idea with a dappled horse.
